so i stumbled (albeit unintentionally) upon this person's multiply page and she has 2000 friends. no you did not read it wrong, i did a double take as well and thought two thousand? are you kidding me??? well she's some sort of celebrity but still. and does she really read the comments or her multiply or does some underpaid intern/publicity agent answer her fans. lol. i'm sorry for all the people who are suckered into thinking she really answers their comments. but then again, i should not be a hater and judge people lol. maybe she is looking thru her comments at 4am in the morning...just like me. sigh. i'm such a loser these days. time to change it up.

Inviting you all to view the Online Launching of Piedras Preciosas 2008 Collection.There will be two postings: one which will be Jewelry sets of Semi-precious Stones and swarovski crystals set on fashion Jewelry metals; while the other showcases both faceted and cabochon Colored Stones set in Sterling Silver. These pieces include cocktail rings, pendants, earrings and their sets.

Featured stones are mostly from Vietnam, China, Hongkong, US and a few from the Philippines. The unavailability of wide inventory of stones in our country make these design pieces unique. Hence, do mark your calendars and tune in as jewelry items are one of a kind (unless specified otherwise)

Launching will be held at www.piedrasp.multiply.com on May 8, Thursday at 2pm. First come first serve basis only.

and we're back! ready for round 2

Things are looking up! My prayers were heard =) Mark's dad just got his citizenship interview and we just made a counteroffer on the house! So the waiting game begins. The seller has 3 days to accept/reject our offer and of course I'm preparing myself for the worst. If they reject it, oh well, we're back to square 1. But it's ok. I think I'm beginning to comprehend that home-buying is not exactly like going to the mall to shop for shoes lol.

This month is full of celebrations, today is Auntie Heny's birthday so there's gonna be a party at Uncle Edward's place tonight. Tomorrow we are celebrating my mom and Ate Kate's birthday so we're gonna be at La Mirada for lunch, then we dash over to Canyon Country to celebrate the Lauron sister's birthdays. On Sunday we are going to Disneyland with the Flemings (and maybe Steve) to celebrate Jack's birthday. Hectic weekend, but fun!
