mag exercise tayo tuwing umaga

so i've decided once and for all to take charge of my health and to stop eating crappily and start working out. no more pathetic excuses:

"but i'm a mom! i have no time to work out!" total lie, because how come i have all the time to blog eh?

"but i have to cook breakfast for my boys in the morning!" um so wake up at the butt crack of dawn when they are still sleeping and drag yo ass to the gym

"but i'm so tired from work" really? but not too tired to watch the trash that's on TV for 2 hours?

lol, the schizophrenia sets in. so this morning mark kicked my lazy ass out of bed and i grudgingly put on my trainers and workout clothes. he promised me he will do this [kick me out of bed] as long as i let him. i also reminded myself that i am paying for a gym membership as such i should not waste the money and actually go and make the most out of it. ANYWAY, i'm so glad i went because the workout was gooooodd! i totally forgot how it feels to sweat it all out lol. during my pre-baby days i used to workout like a fiend! like 3-4 times/week in 2 hour stretches. ha! granted i won't have all that time to workout now but if i can keep it consistent, even 30 minutes bursts will help with my overall health in the long run. i have scheduled a personal trainor for monday so hopefully she can give me some tips on how to get rid of all the post baby fat i've accumulated from having vaughn. lol. wish me luck y'all.

internet vanity

so i stumbled (albeit unintentionally) upon this person's multiply page and she has 2000 friends. no you did not read it wrong, i did a double take as well and thought two thousand? are you kidding me??? well she's some sort of celebrity but still. and does she really read the comments or her multiply or does some underpaid intern/publicity agent answer her fans. lol. i'm sorry for all the people who are suckered into thinking she really answers their comments. but then again, i should not be a hater and judge people lol. maybe she is looking thru her comments at 4am in the morning...just like me. sigh. i'm such a loser these days. time to change it up.

Inviting you all to view the Online Launching of Piedras Preciosas 2008 Collection.There will be two postings: one which will be Jewelry sets of Semi-precious Stones and swarovski crystals set on fashion Jewelry metals; while the other showcases both faceted and cabochon Colored Stones set in Sterling Silver. These pieces include cocktail rings, pendants, earrings and their sets.

Featured stones are mostly from Vietnam, China, Hongkong, US and a few from the Philippines. The unavailability of wide inventory of stones in our country make these design pieces unique. Hence, do mark your calendars and tune in as jewelry items are one of a kind (unless specified otherwise)
