yehey! i fixed my page! working on getting the links back on. thanks to Ron Valiente for educating my html illiterate self =)

been hooked on an online game called notpron these days (thanks to dammasch and vince). but i try not to let it rule my life too much since i have a gazillion stuff to do for the baby. my sister Isang and i are planning to go to babies r us this weekend to register for stuff since my babies r us trip with mark and gary last weekend wasn't so productive =P we went to look for strollers/car seats for the baby and it was so hilarious when we tried to pry away the baby car seat from it's base. after 10 minutes of pulling and tugging (gary almost broke the seat!), i finally gave up and asked a passing stranger if he knew how the thing works. "oh it's easy" he says, "just push this button" and the car seat magically lifted from its base. we all busted up laughing! it was painfully obvious we knew zilch about baby gear! so this weekend i'm taking my sister to avoid further embarassment. that place is also overwhelming! there's soooo much stuff to go through i woulnd't know where to start (even if i have a detailed list of what the baby needs). Isang has two kids so she's the perfect person to take to these things -- this is also a preventative measure in case a salesperson will convince me to register for unecessary stuff. i still need to soak up some baby 101 lessons from all of my sisters. that's the nice thing about being the last girl in the family to have a baby. you have the knowledge of three sisters to leverage from =)
